  • Where is Overland Corner Hotel?

205 Old Coach Road Overland Corner Riverland South Australia  2.5 hour drive from Adelaide and a 2 hour drive from Mildura.

  • Is there parking at the Overland Corner Hotel?

Yes plenty of parking available at the hotel as well as along the Murray River at campgrounds

  • Where is the camping site?

Located roughly 500 metres from the hotel along the Murray River. There is camping along a 2km stretch of the river clearly marked by signs

  • Are their toilets near in the camping area?  

There is a long drop toilet placed at the river campsite

  • Is the camping site first in best dressed?

Yes it is but there is plenty of available spots

  • What can I bring to the camping site?

Anything to make your camping experience more comfortable. No fires are allowed or generators

  • What time are the artists playing?

Bands are playing from 12 noon to 11pm – click here for set times.

  • Can Under 18’s come?

Yes with full paying adults. Under 18s will need to be accompanied by adult at all times, and will be provided a wristband to clearly identify. Under 10 will be free.

  • Can dogs come to the festival?

No dogs are allowed except service dogs which need to be pre-registered and leashed the entire event

  • Can dogs come to the camping area?

No dogs are allowed except service dogs which need to be pre-registered and leashed the entire time at campsite

  • I have a companion card. Can I please get an entry for my support person?

Yes, festival goers with a Companion Card will get a complimentary ticket for their support person.

  • Can we bring in food and drinks?

It is strictly NOT BYO drinks, as that is against our liquor license. We encourage supporting the food trucks at the event, which cater for all dietary requests, but if you have specific unusual dietary requirements we support you bringing your own food.

  • What food and drink is there?

Plenty of food trucks available and a great range of drinks will be available

  • Will there be vego and vegan options

Yes – the vendors will offer vego and vegan options

  • Where can I buy tickets?

BUY TICKETS  

  • Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes – but they will be more expensive, and the event could potentially sell out. Best to just buy it now.

  • I have a ticket and can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

While we understand circumstances can change, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Tickets are non-refundable. For details of when a refund would be issued, see your ticketing Terms & Conditions.

  • When can we arrive?

The first band is on at 12 noon – doors will open at 11am. You can get to your camp ground whenever you like.

  • When does it finish?

The last band will finish at 11pm

  • Is there mobile service?

Yes but can sometimes be patchy due to weather

  • Can I volunteer at the event?

Thanks but we are all okay for this year

  • Will bands be selling merch? If so, is there a place to store it?

Bands can sell merch but we are unable to store merch for customers once purchased

  • What will the weather be like?

Warm perfect, could be hot. Keep that in mind, will need to bring a hat and sunscreen if it is a scorcher.

  • Is there shade?

Yes there will be shady and seating available

  • It could be hot, will there will be water and First Aid Services?

Yes there will be water and First Aid.

  • Are there buses/taxis as I am staying in one of the towns?  

Yes you will be able to call and arrange bus or taxi service through calling Xpress X – Waikerie coaches with others to be confirmed
